Responding to this, the DPKPP immediately explained that for the data collection stage farmer groups were not required to have a notarial deed. Ibu Diah as Head of the Institutional Team said that the group only needed to complete basic administration and recommendations from the village so that it could be included in the department's institutional data. With this explanation, KWT Mbah Cipto felt helped and was optimistic that the group could soon be registered in the farmer group data collection system and application owned by the Karawang Regency DPKPP.The department also said that field extension officers (PPL) and related staff in the East Telukjambe area would immediately carry out follow-up and administrative assistance to the group. According to the DPKPP, legality and data collection on farmer groups is an important step so that community groups have access to various government programs, such as counseling, technical guidance (bimtek), training, and opportunities for assistance with agricultural facilities and infrastructure. especially women farmer groups who have an important role in supporting family and environmental food security. It is hoped that with better assistance and data collection, KWT Mbah Cipto can continue to develop and become an example for other farmer groups in building productive and sustainable agriculture in Karawang Regency.
