On Monday (6/7/2026), both parties finally agreed on a Joint Agreement (PB) through a mediation process facilitated by the Karawang Regency Manpower Service (Disnaker).This agreement was a solution to differences in views regarding the transfer policy for the three PUK SPI administrators, namely Candra As, Agustin Supriatna, and Suherman. Previously, the union had adopted an internal dialogue mechanism through two stages of bipartite negotiations on 15 May and 25 May 2026, as a form of commitment to prioritizing deliberation to reach consensus.In order to ensure that problem resolution proceeded according to applicable regulations, PUK SPI PT Cipta Mandiri Logistik then took the mediation route at the Karawang Manpower Office. This step reflects the organization's attitude of complying with legal procedures and the desire to maintain stability and a conducive investment climate in the company environment.
During the mediation process which took place through three stages of official calls, both parties showed good faith by opening up space for dialogue with each other. PUK SPI consistently prioritizes a solution approach through offering win-win solutions that pay attention to workers' rights while supporting the smooth operation of the company.At the third mediation meeting today, a final agreement was reached with the signing of the Collective Agreement. This signing was witnessed directly by the Mediator for Industrial Relations and Working Conditions for the Karawang Regency Manpower Office, who indicated that the dispute had been resolved in a manner that complies with the Labor Law. The success of reaching this agreement is expected to provide momentum to strengthen cooperation between management and the labor union. Going forward, PUK SPI PT Cipta Mandiri Logistik is committed to continuing to be a constructive partner for the company, in order to create a harmonious, productive and mutually beneficial work environment for all parties.
