Jalal Abdul Nasir from the Prosperous Justice Party.This program is aimed at helping underprivileged people who do not have adequate access to electricity, as well as encouraging equal distribution of energy for all levels of society.In the application mechanism, the public is asked to first coordinate with PKS administrators at the DPC/DPRA level or the local regional coordinator. Furthermore, prospective recipients are required to prepare administrative documents in the form of photocopies of KTP and Family Card (KK).
The files that have been prepared are then submitted to the coordinator for data collection and initial verification. After that, data on potential recipients will be submitted to the local village government to go through a verification, validation and validation process as potential beneficiaries.After obtaining approval from the village, the data will be included in the list of proposed recipients of free electricity assistance which is being sought through the DPR RI aspiration route.The coordinator said that this program is a proposal, so it is still going through a selection process and not all applications can be immediately approved. Therefore, the accuracy of data and real conditions in the field are important factors in determining aid recipients."This program is expected to help people who really need it, especially those who do not have proper access to electricity," said one of the regional coordinators.With this program, it is hoped that more people will be able to experience the benefits of electricity as a basic need, while improving the quality of life and welfare of people in the West Java region, especially Karawang and its surroundings.
