The selection process for Deans and Heads of Study Programs (Kaprodi) for the 2026–2030 period has officially started and is now entering a crucial stage, namely the feasibility test. This step was taken to ensure that the leadership relay on campus runs in accordance with established competency standards.Chair of Selection, Dr. Yuniar Rahmatiar, SH., MH., explained that the entire series of processes had been carried out systematically and according to schedule. Starting from socialization to all faculties in mid-April, the registration stage, to strict administrative verification. According to him, this transparent process is the university's commitment to selecting leadership candidates who have integrity and a strong academic vision.The culmination of this selection process was marked by a due diligence test involving the ranks of the Vice Chancellor and the administrators of the Buana Perjuangan Peduli Foundation (YBPP) Karawang. On April 23 2026, the candidates took a further test at the Resinda Hotel which was attended directly by the Chairman of the Foundation Management, Dr. Yanti Tayo, S.Psi., M.I.Kom, and Chairman of the Foundation Trustees, H. The results of the selection series have been officially submitted to the Chancellor of UBP Karawang, Dr. Budi Rismayadi, SE., MM, on April 24 2026. This data will be the main consideration for the Chancellor in determining who is worthy of occupying strategic positions within the faculty. In his direction, the Chancellor emphasized that the challenges of the world of education in the future require adaptive and innovative leaders.At the same time as this selection process, the Chancellor has also confirmed the leadership of the institution for the same period. Names like Prof. April Lia Hananto (Chair of LPPM), Dr. Ir. N. Neni Triana (Chair of LPM), and Dr. Afif Hakim (Chairman of SPI) now officially leads his respective position. This step completes the organizational structure after the previous ranks of Vice Chancellors were appointed in early April to strengthen the campus's internal management.Overall, Dr. Yuniar emphasized that the entire selection process was carried out with objective and professional principles.
