This assertiveness was triggered by the slow transparency regarding evidence of the Theater Night Mart permit, which was considered to have been dragging on since September 2025. Chairman of the FAOIKB Presidium, Agus Iman, emphasized that his party would not hesitate to take legal action if indications of abuse of authority or efforts to obstruct public information were found by any party. Even though they have repeatedly sent official letters, until now the alliance admits that they have not received the requested documents. As a concrete step, the advocacy team has even reported the poor performance of this bureaucracy to the Indonesian Ombudsman and the Information Commission (KI) in Bandung to urge the disclosure of data that should be public.
Chairman of FMI Karawang, Febry Ramadhan, added that his party is currently collecting evidence regarding the alleged neglect of the Karawang Nightmare Theater operation. According to him, it is strongly suspected that the entertainment venue will continue to operate even though it does not yet have complete permits.
