FMI Karawang hopes that PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Karawang can further optimize the information delivery system to the public so that there is no confusion.The representative of FMI Karawang, Aditya Saputra, said that his party received quite a lot of complaints from residents regarding the sudden power outage. According to him, residents' understanding of conditions in the field would be better if PLN provided more proactive information, especially regarding network maintenance schedules."We understand that maintenance of electricity infrastructure is part of efforts to maintain service quality. However, we hope there will be an improvement in the flow of communication to the public. Clear and scheduled information really helps residents in anticipating their daily activities," said Aditya Saputra, Saturday (20/6/2026).
Aditya emphasized the importance of synergy between service providers and the needs of residents, especially for small businesses and the household sector which is very dependent on electricity supply. He believes that openness of public information is the main key in building comfort for customers.Furthermore, he encouraged PLN Karawang to strengthen the role of public relations or customer service so that any problems in the field can be addressed quickly. "We really hope that PLN Karawang can continue to evaluate its service system. Our hope is that the electricity supply can be more stable and the delivery of information more informative. We are sure that with continuous improvements in communication, public trust in PLN will be better maintained," concluded Aditya.
