Several figures who expressed full support for this action include Ust. Nana Suryana, Ust. Abu Izhar, Ustaz Abu Bukhori, Ustaz Wira Andika SH, Ustaz Muhammad Hasan, and Agus Iman. They invited the public to participate in conveying their aspirations peacefully, orderly and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.This action was a response to the circulation of a video which allegedly showed same-sex activity at a nightlife venue (THM) in Karawang Regency. The video that went viral on social media sparked various reactions and attention from the public. Field Coordinator (Korlap) for the action, Ustaz Muhammad Hasan, said that this action was a form of conveying the aspirations of the community who wanted firm steps from the regional government regarding various activities that were considered to cause unrest in the community.
"We invite all elements of society who are concerned about social conditions in Karawang to express their aspirations peacefully, politely and in accordance with applicable regulations," he said. All forms of behavior that are considered contrary to religious norms, culture and legal provisions in force in Karawang Regency.Hasan emphasized that this activity will be carried out peacefully while maintaining public order. He hopes that the Karawang Regency Government together with related officials can follow up on community aspirations and strictly enforce the rules for any violations found.Meanwhile, the Regent of Karawang, H. Aep Syaepuloh, has previously stated his commitment to take firm action against night entertainment venues that are proven to violate the rules or cause unrest in the community. community.Through this action, the participants hope that the regional government can take concrete steps in maintaining order, security and the values that live and develop in the people of Karawang Regency.
