This incident sparked public discussion and confusion regarding the location and exact cause of the victim's death. The victim, who was known to work as a song guide or Lady Companion (LC) at the entertainment venue, was reported to have died in the room. However, the management immediately provided clarification to straighten out the information circulating in the community.The person in charge of Pub HK, Koko Andy, firmly denied the narrative which stated that the victim breathed his last breath in the operational area of ​​the entertainment venue. He explained that the victim had been complaining of health problems since Sunday afternoon before he was finally taken to a health facility.

Andy added that before he died, the victim had received medical treatment at Siloam Hospital Labuan Bajo. Based on medical information received by management on Monday (4/5/2026), the victim underwent various examinations such as a CT scan and was hospitalized due to the health problems he was experiencing. The management also conveyed information from the hospital that the victim was declared dead due to heart failure. However, there is other information that mentions the alleged consumption of certain drugs before the incident occurred, although this cannot be legally confirmed.Currently, the victim's body is still at Siloam Labuan Bajo Hospital while waiting for the process of being sent home to his hometown in Karawang. The management ensures that coordination of air transportation continues so that the repatriation process runs smoothly.Until this news was written, the local police had not released an official statement regarding the alleged criminal act in the incident.
